Famous Dutch jacket and bag brand Kassl Editions is launching a capsule collection in collaboration with fashion retailer Zara. The collection consists in part of ready-to-wear and home products, both characterized by minimalist aesthetics, deep colors and tactile use of Kassl materials.

In the ready-to-wear category, we find reinterpretations of the typical Kassl square jacket, initially inspired by traditional fishing jackets. A lightweight nylon variant is also featured, along with a nappa leather jacket with contrast stitching. In addition, a combination of leather top and pants is also included and a pair of chunky shoes with an oversized silhouette, inspired by the quilted Kassl Pillow bag. The color palette includes blacks, grays, beiges, dark blues, wine red, and white.

Kassl Editions x Zara: typical Kassl jackets and modular items for the home

On the interior side, Zara and Kassl present modular and uncluttered cabinets and tables with rounded corners, ceramic lamp bases with graphic shapes and a white carpet with a black line drawing. Kassl already took a trip to interior design last year with the Pillow Sofa, also derived from the popular Pillow Bag. Following the dazzling success of the sofa, a cushion-shaped seat was added this year in the form of a rounded sofa with a quilted pattern reminiscent of knitting.
